[PLUG] GNUnify 2017

Hello Everyone,

>From last  15 years  PLUG and SICSR jointly organizes GNUnify.  A FOSS event.

This year it will  take place on 10-11 Feb, 2017 in SICSR. (Symbiosis,
Atur Centre, Model colony, Shivajinagar Pune).

It will be a full day event (two days). Full of parallel tracks on
many upcoming FOSS technologies.
