[PLUG] PLUG events

Hello everyone,

I last PLUG meet it was planned that evey 2nd PLUG meet will be a one day
event (10 A.M. to 4 P.M.).

The Meet for June 2018 is going to bw the first to take place.

Please go ahead and give suggestion for talks/demos/workshops for the same.
