Following operating systems might work as they still don't dislike AMD
=  i) freeBSD variants  ii) Open Indiana iii) Gentoo variants

from Flipkart sale. I could not install Ubuntu 16.04, 18.04 and CentOS
7 on it, upon checking with Lenovo site I came to know it does not
support Linux OS.

You probably need to to disable bios Secure Boot Mode and Fast Boot in you bios setting to install Linux OS on Lenovo Laptop.
