Hello,

Since last several weeks I am struggling to get 'Intel(R) Dual Band
Wireless AC 3168,' work in Ubuntu 16.04 & in Ubuntu 18.04.

The issue = Wi-Fi adapter is unable to get IP from dhcp. If I assign
static IP, it works. Other laptops connected to same network has no
issues but they have different wifi chips.

Laptop make = HP 240 G6

i referred to =
https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/support/articles/000005511/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html
but isn't helpful.

Output of = dmesg | grep iwl
[ 18.085064] iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: loaded firmware version
29.1044073957.0 op_mode iwlmvm
[ 18.223191] iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: Detected Intel(R) Dual Band
Wireless AC 3168, REV=0x220
[ 18.243310] iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: base HW address: 1c:4d:70:7b:cb:81

[ 26.381494] iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0 wlo1: renamed from wlan0

Any hints how to solve this issue? Thanks.

Regards,
Amey.
