Hello,

It was a very tough decision to make, but we have finally decided to
shut down reserved-bit at the end of this year.  The following blog post
is the official announcement:

This also means that the reserved-bit meetup group will close down soon
as well.  We have reached out to a couple of people to see if we can
move our meetup announcements to a different group but for now, if
you're not on the kernel meetup mailing list:

you'll likely miss announcements for future meetups.  I will keep the
list posted on migration plans.
