We should have either made it more clear or not include the financial
part at all in the email. In any case, this contribution is only for the
organizers. Attendees do not have to pay anything to attend this event.
It's completely free of cost.

This poster was designed on a Debian Testing machine using Inkscape. We
are also planning to release the base SVG on wikimedia for anyone else
to use.
