[PLUG] Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 in DELL Latitude & Ubuntu 16.04 issues

Hello,

I am facing issue of random disconnect of wifi in DELL Latitude model.
I compared the kernel version between 2 laptops of same models with
Ubuntu preinstalled/stock.

The other laptop has 4.4.0-150-generic kernel version
Whereas the problematic laptop has 4.15.0-51-generic kernel version

Anybody knows exact process to i) download respective kernel version
ii) Boot in to the other kernel
