[PLUG] Seeking information on local communities focused on legal aspects of FSF

Thank you for your responses.  They are helpful. 
 I noticed that  mail subject has FSF = Free Software foundation.
The intention of the questions in email is more wide scoped . I am seeking information on local communities focused on legal aspects of  Free Software Movement and Open source movement too.

Any body else in PLUG can shed light on such communities?
