[PLUG] Anybody has installed OpenStack Victoria/Ussuri on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS?

Ok so after stitching the networking part, I am now stuck at the bootstrap part.
We need to do bootstrapping for OSA aka OpenStack Ansible installation.
At 1 point bootstrapping fails to pull contents from the repository.
It throws nice colourful messages in RED colour ;-)
I tried this over 100 mbps corporate internet connection & over 50+
mbps home connection. Same issue.
