[PLUG] openSUSE India group at Telegram

Hello All,

If anybody is trying openSUSE Linux and having any issues, pls feel
free to send the error at openSUSE India group at
Telegram....Specially if you want to talk to local contributors 1st
which is easy due to same time zone = https://t.me/openSUSE_India

Currently the group has few members from openSUSE board who are also
contributing at openSUSE ML's & at forums.

The group also has openSUSE bots to protect the group from spammers.
