I am in Pune, but online meeting could make everybody's geography
immaterial.

Dear Mayusesh,

I beg to differ.  Geography (or, to be exact, one's long-term place-of-residence) is NOT immaterial.  It has a way to replace your value-system.  Especially in the US,  I know this from long experience.
