incidentally as later dis-covered that so called expert (self) was a
newbie as far as Mandriva 2009 was concerned (at-least) and as soon as
he realized that reading the help manual of Plasma might help, things
were solved with the mysterious quickness...

except of-course multi-timezone-digital-clock which is still
Misssing-In-Action (mia) post move to MDV 2009.

everything else is well settled and the human is in charge of computer
instead of vice versa and hence would *not* advise anyone to re-vert
back to MDV 2008.1
