Me too!

A big + for Ubuntu. No hassles at all. You can turn it into anything
without much efforts. Excellent for development with simple and great
community documentation!
I develop using Eclipse, Tomcat 6, Oracle 10g XE, MySQL, JDK 6  and
other on Ubuntu 9.10 64-Bit.

BTW, We would like to know what did you finally chose :)
