Let us disect the problem as if we are solving some code (may be a psedo code) 
and help all understand if there is actually a problem, and if so where that 
could be...

Observations:
1. Darth did not suggest "kill" filters, he just advised to use filters.
2. Arun added the work kill, as his own work of art.
3. Arun Khan email id is knura9.
4. महासागर's email if o.s.h.o
5. In o.s.h.o, the first and forth characters are same.
6. In arun Khan's email id, last character is 9 while his email ID is a crypt 
of his own name.

7.  Whos is fault for issuing the word KILL?  This is not an answer, but a 
question based on all the observation one to six...!!! 

8. And there could be more of such which others can see by careful scrutiny of 
mailing list communications.
