For this you need to take action since the filter is happening at your end.

If PLUG mail is important to you, then please define a filter to
direct all mails from plug.org.in to your favorite folder/label.  I
have done so and did  receive and read Manjusha's Oct. meeting
announcement;  time stamp Thu, Oct 8, 2015 at 10:53 PM (please see
copy below).
