[PLUG] Spam over IRC channel

Recommend starting the channel afresh with new naming, something like

PLUGS-PIW / PLUG-POW ( or something that should stop people from 
subscribing to because of possible cryptic something associated with 
name.) PIW means Pune India World, POW means Pune Otherwise World.
POW also means Prisoners of War from frictional point of view...

Usually that is the best deterant for "so called" wise souls...
