[PLUG] ubuntu forum moderation fairness issue?

Came across this email claiming unfair treatment in ubuntu forums:

I have failed to understand the matter - what was the email, why did
moderators reject it, was it really unfair to reject it etc.

I am neither endorsing nor rejecting this mail. Hope someone who can see
through the details can clarify.
