That most would usually be even without being certified FOSS. Just get 
rid of the need to have that Sanity Certificate from somebody else and 
act on received data to the best of your intelligence.

The problem first comes to your notice when you get married (omitting 
reference to foss certified marital association and related wisdom) and 
you deliver/welcome kids in your world and they want to see movies,
