[PLUG] Joining IRC channels using Riot/Matrix (and some IRC tips)

well most of them do use meetup and telegram.
If we are looking for something different then we could also look into
'band' app
its great for organising groups, putting up notice n news, organising
events and chatting
talking about user friendliness i think the riot/matrix app is pretty user
friendly.
One look at the tutorials mentioned before and we can connect to irc
channel(i too am using it for first time) and plus we get to learn
something new
