DELL has some models for India region which comes with Ubuntu
preinstalled. [Latitude series 3400 I guess]
We used to buy those Ubuntu powered DELL laptops in our office hence I
can confirm that.
And yes those laptops had price in INR and the origin was DELL India.

But the pre-bundled Ubuntu 16.04 used to give a lot of issues randomly.
