[PLUG] CD of Linux GUI required

Hi team, 
Though I have heard a lot but I am new to this world of Linux. I want to start learning Linux Operating system and have people younger than me at home who would try their hands on it as well. Hence requesting you to assist me with a copy of Linux OS GUI which all of us can start working around. I live in dehu road Pune, is there any place near by Pimpri Chinchwad from where I can procure it? Let me know what are other options to get the cd.There is a  big list available on Google and to name few - Mint would be one of them, but wanted t assistance from this team.
